I have a 97 Honda Civic EK (Manual). Every time i start the car the RPM's are very low, basically the car almost dies. This happens in any weather condition. when the car is at driving temperature the RPM's don't seem to be as bad it idles around 900. But any time i hit the break, turn a/c on or power windows the idle drops. Another thing it i hear this squealing sound coming from the engine bay it's on the pulley side but can't figure it out!!
