Icon2 B16a ???

I got a 1991 CRX Si, with a JDM OBD0 B16A Swap, Its Converted To OBD1 with a jdm p30 ecu. i have a boggin problem at lower rpm's it does its sometimes and seem to do it more the longer the car is running its real hesitant and very little throttle response, but when it hits vtec it pulls hard like it should, ive changes the plugs, tps and ohmed to spec, getting fuel, and checked all grounds. the only thing i havent done is try another dizzy?, and ive heard something about using a wide band o2 sensor. any suggestion would be great i cant stand the boggyness?

Take swap out, then burn the car and get a new one.
