Default Supertech valvesprings?

im seeing two different part numbers for Supertech valvesprings for a BVTEC.

H1002D - 70lbs
H1000DR - 85lbs

setup is going to be a B18C in the sub 400whp range, running P72/GSR or CTR cams. and probably wont be reved higher than 8500rpms.

i would assume since im not running high lift cams or high RPMs i would want a lower seat pressure to lessen the wear/stress on the rest of the valvetrain. but im seeing the 85lbs springs listed as "turbo" springs?
