ive been having a similar problem in my d15b7 swapped 97 hx ek... maybe 1/30 times the fuel pump doesnt click on and i have to kick the **** out of the fuse box to get it come on...after researching a little bit ive found that it either could be faulty connection or a bad relay...test the relay before you go out and buy a new one...i saw the way to test it somewhere...
What car??
The fuse on my EK blew. Its a 15AMP next to the battery in the engine bay. I belive its labeled "F I EM" or something like that.
If you want to see if fuel pump works, remove it. Take off cover with Philips, disconnect the plugs. Remove with 10mm. Then attach a wire to the positive and negative, then the opposing ends to the battery. If it turns on then you're good to go. Its your relay or your fuse.
