Stroker kit on an ep3?
Hi I'm looking to add a stroker kit with a turbo to an ep3 from crower..the guy is telling me that I can make up to 1000 hp depending on how much boost I want to run. I am looking for some recommendations on what else I should be building up: brakes, suspension, axles, transmission, clutch?
The reason we are building this car up is for autox...any and all advice is appreciated. Thanks!

ROFL... is this post a joke.... obviously with 1000hp your going to need to upgrade all the items mentioned... brakes, clutch, suspenion, axles.... why would you want 1000hp for autox anyways.... ?? it would be cheaper to buy a different car when all said and done imo....
hey jackass. UP TO 1000 hp. it just seemed strange that the motor could handle that much power. we obviously wouldn't be running more than 250-300... i was looking for people who autox their ep3s and not people who have trouble with reading comprehension.
dont mind him he just a new user but i mean 1000hp for autox what are you going to do with that kind of power? its seems a little unreasonal im not sure if its capable of doing that
are you ******* retarded, he just said he would only be running between 250-300whp...yes the kit would probably not make 1000whp but jesus man, you just made fun of the previous poster and you went and did the same thing

why on earth would you even bother with a stroker kit, a turbo kit and a tune? why not just buy a tsx longblock along with k-pro and some bolt-ons? it wont be as hard to do so and neither would it be unreliable! you can make something like 220-230 whp with just k-pro and bolt-ons on a new and oem engine by doing so! the i-vtec ep3 engine is not really worth the trouble of modifing if you ask me
I agree with v8 eater. The fact that i've tuned some k24 swapped ep3's with bolt ons and kpro, traction isn't there in 1st and 2nd gear. You will have a lot of usable power upto 7500rpm.
