swaped two engines and they will no start!!!!!why not!!!
i put a rebult d15b7 in with a y8 head and it wouldnt start... so i put a non vtec d15b in it and still nothing what the **** is wrong!!!! every thing is pluged in all hoses are good ecu is good, help plz its been 2 ****ing weeks

dude....I understand you're frustrated. But do you HONESTLY think that based on the information you've provided here in this thread, someone on the internet that lives possibly thousands of miles away will be able to figure out your issue?
We've never seen your car or diagnosed it. You're not going to get a real solution here. People are going to be pissing in the wind as much as you are. There are virtually NO details provided.
Take it to a shop where they can actually diagnose it.
In the mean time, make sure all the plugs are in the right places. CTS and VTEC are in the same area and are the same type of plug. If you switch those, the car won't start or will run like ***. Same with the MAP and TPS. Or IAC and PS pressure. Or a number of other plugs.
Get a wiring diagram with wire colors and make sure that all your plugs are going to where they should be.
