Default when is a fuel pump needed?

is there a specific hp range where i will need a fuel pump to increase/maintain hp on a turboed engine? 300-350hp is my goal

b18c1 81.5 bore
rc 750 injectors (i know its a bit overkill, got a great price on them though)
skunk2 im
edelbrock performerx tb
skunk2 cam gears
9:1 compression
greddy turbo kit (i know its not the best turbo kit out there. planning on replacing the elbo+DP (the main problem areas with that kit) and maybe porting the flapper door since thats a problem area also. need something that if a cop takes a peak under my hood everything will look legal though)
going to tune on ectune or neptune, havent decided which yet

This is somewhat beating a dead horse....but buy a pump is a very minute item to buy as insurance of your set-up. with you boosting it at all thats something you want to replace/upgrade period, No Questions ask...You dont know the history of the car and pump and that's something that can fail easy under it's new form of work(boost)....
Thats like buying a motor out of the junk yard rebuild the internals but use the oil/water pump that came on it.....Not going to happen...
Replace or FAIL!!!

Just make sure the pick up sits low enough in the tank compared to the OE.
I fitted a 255 over the weekend, I now have to make sure the tank is no lower than 1/4 full.
I was making 350 (UK fly HP in 4th gear) on 750’s GT30r B18 with no problems for more than a year and 330 on a B16 all with OE Honda pump.
