Default arp extended stud problem

just installed my wheel studs and im having an issue with them. im running buddy club lug nuts and they are really hard to thread on, stock ones spin on fine and the buddy clubs were fine on the stock studs but no go on the arp's. i guess i could chase the thread on both the stud and the nuts but not to sure. oh and before some one says just use honda nuts, my wheels dont take to ball seat there taper. if anyone has had this issue and has a solution please let me know, thanks.

my friend had the same problem with his work lug nuts and arp studs. i think he ended up chasing the thread on the lugs.
if you don't want to do that, you could get different lugs. my muteki lug nuts threaded on my arp studs just fine.

Are the lugs you are having issues with aluminum by chance?

they only thing i would think of is if the lugs are softer than the studs, they may deform slightly... at discount tire, i had this issue every once in a while. i just ended up using anti seize lube and the gun to thread em on...
