Changed some parts on turbo d15b runs bad and stalls??help??
So I have a 99 coupe wit ha d15b turbo and I stored it for the winter, over the winter I changed a few parts and finshed putting it all back together today to take it out but it doesnt want to run. I start it and it fires up no problem but it idles very rough and wants to stall. Even if i give gas it will go up for a bit but eventually stall. The chages I made were hondata 3bar map sensor, d16y8 intake manifold swap, b18b throttlebody, and chaged the oil and coolant lines to the turbo(but that wouldnt really cause this of course)
This is some things I think it could be the iacv of the intake manifold is slightly lower then the hole on the throttle body so it is only half lined up maybe its starved for air, But when i press the gas its still runs bad. Also the TB is from an auto b18b idonno if that relevant. Another Thing is distributor timing, i did remove the dizzy but put it back exacly where it was with marks I left, and i ran the car after I put it back and it was good. The coolant lines to the turbo are running from a nipple on the back of the block to the turbo and back the the iacv instead of running from the nipple dirct to iacv. I have seen people run this system so I dont see why it wouldn't work. Finally Maybe the map sensor is faulty or something would a bad map cause this? These are my thoughts can anyone help me out here Thank you in advance.

sir your hondata 3 bar map needs to be programmed to your computer. i dont know what enginemanagement your running but your problem is your computer is now reading yoru new 3 bar map sensor on an incorrect scale cuz it doesnt know the new voltage table for your map sensor. what engien management are u using?
IM running a Chipped p28 and it was tuned on the oem .8bar map, however i was told this map sensor is direct bolt on and uses the same voltage...correct me if I am wrong
it is direct bolt on and plug and play. but ANY map sensor that changes the amount of BAR it reads needs to be reconfigured.
the way a map sensor works is it has a voltage range. for arguements sake its 0.5-4.5 volts. each pressure has a specific voltage value in steps. so .8 bar is 4.5 volts. now you have a 3 bar sensor. your P28 still uses the same voltage table in its memory so when it sees 4.5 volts it thinks there is .8 BAR when in reality your new MAP sensors 4.5 voltage is 3 BAR. understand?
i had a long conversation with someone from OMNI who makes plug and play MAPs for hondas. these are the facts. i currently use an OMNI 3 bar in my turbo crx.

thanks alot for the info next time i can get out to my car i will definatly switch maps and give it a try, now i have like literaly about 8 oem maps in my garage can i use any one or do i need the one the car was tuned on, if so thats a problem the nipple on it broke right off leaving it useless to me
