overheating issues

Default overheating issues

i got a 90 si with a 90-91 ls when im in traffic my temp gauge goes 3/4 of the way up then stops and slowly goes down i was thinking it might be my fan swtich any ideas?

Is your fan working? Have you bled your coolant system? Is there a leak? There is all sorts of stuff that will make your temp gauge fluctuate

Not to mess up the thread but i have a question to add. My fan doesnt come on, period. It's connected. I'm not sure what would be the problem, mabye a bad relay or something. But at the same time i'm thinking it could be the fan. How do i test the fan?
