Icon3 (PRO) Not your average problem... HELP!!

Ok so it all started when i wrecked the other day.. i fixed the main problem and to better understand please refer to the following thread: http://www.vadriven.com/forums/showthread.php?t=282209

1996 Integra B20B Stock.

So before i removed the TB and checked it, I was adjusting the TPS, The (idle i guess?) Screw on the throttle body, and the distributor... trying to get the idle and everything right. Well after i fixed the problem i couldn't get everything back to normal. Now running rich, bogging kinda up to like 3500 then runs and pulls hard like before. And when i barely push the gas it sounds like its on 3 cylinders like a misfire or something. Its bad when its cold but when its warm it idles high @ 2K RPM but still bogs till high RPM.

So my question is.. how do i adjust those three things back to or damn near factory settings?? (Idle screw on throttle body, TPS, and Distributor.)

Things i've done and replaced so far:
-Spark plugs, wires, cap & rotor
-Cleaned IACV
-Fixed bent butterfly inside throttle body (main problem)

Idle screw-- is simple just tighten all the way in and then let it loose slowly.
TPS--- you need to adjust to get the right reading (signal output) dont have the ##'s
timming--- adjust after everything is done

Set your timing back to factory specs. Is it possible that when you hit, the distributor was hit hard enough to advance it(dizzy rotate towards the firewall).

Could be your igniter control module inside ur distributor, and checl the order of ur spark plugs. The misfiring sound is prolly ur engine misfiring lol. I had that problem before, after I did my vtec conversion. I doubt its your timing since you said it goes back to normal after a certain rpm. I bet anyone 100 bucks its in your dizzy

Try another distributor. I had a problem "similar" to this. replaced EVERYTHING in the distributor. Same problems, 350$ later. A friend dropped off a distributor, Threw it on and it went away. Completely rebuilt with all brand new parts from Acura but it wasn't good enough apparently. Whatever.
Another time inbetween changing Throttle Bodies I bent the bracket on the inside that holds the TPS. Got a new one, changed the throttle body and reset the TPS on my S300 and all was good.
