idle jump problem

idle jump problem
my idle jumps back and forth from 1500 - 3000 rpm
my tps is calibrated to .5 closed 4.5 full throttle
i am getting air suction from the throttle body from the hole going to the fitv.
what should i be looking for to fix my problem.
