How much would it cost to put ls vtec into 94 ls engine b18b1 with 120k miles ? p75 ecu chipped how much do you think i can push?

500 bux for the head
250 for the vtec conversion kit
150 for new ECU
100 Rod Bolts
maybe 500 for labor if you can't put a head on yourself or the press the rod bolts

power is comparable to a stock GSR

you can skip out on a few things and tap the head yourself and skip out on the rod bolts but you'll be sacirficing reliability for a cheap build..
