Default Horn/Cruise Control/Wiper fluid help!

Just picked up my DB7 Yesterday and noticed a few things weren't working. If anyone can please help me out it would be great.

Here are a few things I found so far:

Wiper fluid doesn't come out and dont hear the motor working

No sound from horn (Alarm wires were cut but not sure if that can be the issue)

Cruise Control Switches don't work (accel/set ect.)

Dimmer **** I can turn it but there is no dimming involved

If I come across more I will post it.

Thanks in advance!

also was wondering if I can use a universal remote for the alarm that is installed in the car. I believe previous owner cut the wires but he didnt have the remote for it.

Check fuses then get a test light and find hot wire for motor turn wipers on with hot wire taped if the test light doesnt turn on is wiring issue if the test light comes on the motor may be bad.

No sound from horn (Alarm wires were cut but not sure if that can be the issue)

again check fuse then see if the horns getting power if it is proly bad horn if no power ur gunna have to trace the wire back.

Cruise Control Switches don't work (accel/set ect.)

Check all of your fuses before you do anything. Then, check to see if the motors for the washer fluid are connected and getting power by jacking up the car and removing the driver side fender liner. The horn wire was most likely cut when he cut the wires to the alarm. If not, check to make sure they're getting power as well. Does the SRS light come on? The steering wheel might have been removed before and not reinstalled properly which would explain the horn and cruise control. As far as the dimmer, pop it out and make sure its plugged in.

Thanks dude! Will check it out tomorrow. Dimmer works for the climate control but not the gauges but gauges are bright enough.
