can anybody help me that actually knows about honda???
http://www.ef-honda.com/ben/ECUcodes.php all your obd0 codes ( I am assuming this as you have hardly any info)
Your coolant temp is code 6
IACV is your code 10
the later will thro your idle all screwy
also, if your throttle cable is not adjusted manually , properly, you are then holding you flap open to much..
that is all I can offer you as you havent offered **** for me.. soooooooooo
: edit: I almost forgot... Bad VAC leak can also cause a high idle ..

does it idle too high when warming up? does it idle to high after driving it for 20mins? how long has this been going on, all of a sudden or slowly idling higher and higher?
you have to give us some more information in order to get better help.
Does it do it all the time?
Check the 2 codes.
Like the other guys said vac leak,Mis adjusted throttle cable clogged iacv, defective iacv.
With out being a D*ck try and find your self the factory service manual for your car and check the codes they give you things to check for and test to limit you from headaces and wasting time. But you can't expected people to give you answers over the internet with little to know information. And 90% percent of the time unless the idle screw has been messed with you dont have to touch them
it could also be your dizzy is rotated to much and it bring the idle up.How high is the idle? and is it all the time. what motor?
obviously idle is higher when car is cold i said vacuum leak, iacv, or fitv. check those oh yeah and your throttle cable can also be it iac can be cleaned pop off the 2 scrws and it has a plug i think a hose also but it sits on your intake behind the top next to the throttle body take it off and check where the radiator fluid run the screen make sure its not dirty
