Make sure that if you do this mod, you get the injectors flow checked afterwards. That way, you know that all of the injectors are working properly, and you will know the individual injector trims..

Hi guys, last week I did the test, on dyno

I used a civic si 2008 with stock k20z3, and hondata flashpro

the car as a ASP race header, SRI with BPI stack, and a custom 3'' SS exhaust

I did the whole tuning and the results is run40

I change the injectors and replace for a set of stock 310 cc k20a2 injectors, with the nozzle cap removed
I only do a fuel trim resize to 510 cc (to reach the same AFR)

the results are here (run45)

the part throttle AFR was really after this, so a complete tuning need to be done

That does not make sense. If you have a garden hose at 10psi with a bunch of small holes, It will flow just a much as a garden hose with one big hole at 10psi. Making the hole bigger does not affect the quantity of fuel coming through. Bigger fuel injectors have an overall bigger width to allow more flow and a bigger coil to handle being open longer.

the end cap, restraint the flow, with this cap remove, the pressure still the same, but we need to resize, since more fuel is injected

I try it, and see by myselft the results
