Default extreme tire wear

My 97 Honda Accord has extreme wear on the inner edge of the left front tire. Have replaced the front left tire 3 times in the last 20,000 miles. I have had the front end realigned twice, but this is not solving the problem.

Any suggestions will be welcome.

inner wear can be cause by camber, but more likely by toe. have u taken it to a professional alignment shop, with a computer alignment?

Alignment is off. Either because the shop that did it did not know what they were doing or you have a worn out suspension component...
