what do u think would be the cheapest way to put 30 more hp in a b16a gen1?

im thinking tuning ECU but im kinda a noob at that and wouldnt know where to start for that...

just the b16a swap and a crappy CAI that the original owner put on. its got a pw0 ecu if that helps...

 

boost ftw! a little more than tuning an ecu, but good out come though.

wtf are you talking about. as opposed to those superchargers that don't make boost??

30 hp is quite a bit without either boosting or switching out the pistons for ones with higher compression. but with a lightweight flywheel, nice cams, 2.25" exhaust, and a hell of a tune, you might see a 30 hp increase.
