Default Rear Disc Brake Conversion on DEL SOL, help!

I bought complete GSR brakes all around for my del sol

I have only isntalled the fronts.

The rear came with their own e brake cables. Can I use those? or do i REALLY need the del sol SI cables? because those are hard to find.

Also Is the brake Booster swap required?

I think you probably need the del Sol cables. There's a del Sol over here (Titusville) in a junkyard that looks like it might have the cables still on it. I don't remember if it was an Si though. You could call them up, it's at East Mims Auto Salvage. Ask them about a blue del sol. Don't ask them the model, they probably won't know... just ask if it has rear discs. Then they can get it up on the forklift for you when you pull the cables.

The brake booster is a must, otherwise the system will fail at some point, sooner than later. There's no sense in upgrading your brakes if your not gonna upgrade them right

You need Del Sol Si or Del Sol VTEC cables. They are shorter than Integra ones.

Just went to the junk yard they had a del sol Si but someone had to cut the ebrake cable! they didnt even need it.

anyways I pulled the brake booster/ master brake cylinder and the Prop valve from the del sol Si.

Is that correct or did I needed the ones from the GSR??

I've missed out on EX/Si harnesses that way, junkyard cuts them off before the shock towers when they pull the engine.

They need to come from a non ABS Integra.

Doesn't have to be from a GS-R specifially, just a non ABS Integra. You can alternatively use a master cylinder from a '90 - '91 civic EX sedan with your original booster

You can always sell the prop valve (its for a small front discs and rear discs, good for doing a rear disc swap when not upgrading the front.
