CEL Inoperable (not working)
Well, finally finished my ls/vtec turbo project. Started the car, runs like a champ at idle, and with some throttle. Unfortunately, I can't rev past 3500 rpms. I figured the ECU must be in limp mode.
Anyway, went to check the CEL, and its not popping up. Took out my cluster, changed the bulb with one that I know works, and still no CEL. Without that, or an OBD scanner, I am unable to determine the CEL's that have thrown my ecu into limp mode.
Currently have a p72 head, with a jdm p72 ecu (chipped from Phearable.net).
Anyone know what I could do to make my cel work (a fuse or something somewhere).
I'm sure that I am going to end up buying a scanner, just thought I'd ask someone here first.
Thanks in advance.
