Two more things you should check when making sure its full of coolant. Make sure there is no air in the system. On older motors there is a bleeder valve on the coolant outlet on the cyclinder head for the upper radiator hose. Just make sure the air bleeds out.
The next thing, look at your water pump. There are bleed holes there. If the pump is no good fluid will be leaking out. Basically make sure your water pump is in good working condition.
Also, Im assuming you have a radiator fan right? The picture shows the turbo right next to the radiator. Im guessing the fan is small and at the bottom since the turbo is at the top. Your fan might not be efficient enough. Does it over heat while driving or mostly sitting?

There is just too much heat after 30 min the temp rises up really fast when the car get hotter i just did this setup i duno what to do about the heat there is just no space to put a bigger fan
Does it overheat when your driving around or more when your sitting/idling?
Another thing you might think of doing is using a pusher fan instead of a puller! mount the fan infront of the radiator where you have lots of room for a bigger fan.

yea there is no room to mount to the front of the radiator.the car start over heating no matter what if i leave it on for a long time or drive it.
did this just start with the turbo install?
i had del sol that was overheating, bc when I installed the turbo I took out a panel where the A/c condensor would be. (next to the radiator) this allowed the air to go around the radiator and cause it to overheat.
I just put a piece of card board in the space next to the radiator and it worked much better.

Well IDk what your set-up looks like in front of your radiator but i know plenty of people who run the fan in front of the Rad and make it fit. now IDK if that is really your problem but if it is thats about the only way to fix it if you can't fit the fan behind the Rad. how big is your radiator now? diameter wise I mean?
