Phearable.net set my all motor b16 at like 4800. I think it is a little high for the street though...

ok, somine is at 3,40 for the street ,its a all motor d16 170WHP, with vx wheels and fuzion tires, so for daily driving light nurning 3.400 would be fine right ?

You need to figure out what the best rpm is ! just try launching at diff. rpms. all cars are different.
With that being said i wouldn't set any launch control for now , untill you have sometime to play around and find out what rpm is best !

well i set mine at 6900 on 23"slicks, no but for street i would say around 4K it just depends if you wanna underlaunch or launch hard and feather it untill you get traction.

It really depends on the setup, powerband and traction. On the street, i have my GSR limited at 5000rpm, but that may change soon. As for the track, i run a little higher...slicks i run around 7k

I'm not entirely sure on the difference between the ignition cut and fuel cut other than the obvious differences. I can't offer the benefits of one over the other. As for the one that makes flames, just think about it. If you cut the fuel, do you think you'll make sparks?? I would have to imagine an ignition cut would cause the flames...don't quote me though. I let my tuner do the dirty work here

Me 91 ef i launchd at 3.5 on VX wheels with decent street tires and it was almost perfect launch everytime also depends on driver's ability to handle traction and other variable's.. I am setting my 92 EG at 3,500 so i get that good launch also have VX Wheels still with same tires sry this post is old but i seen it so i thought id give a little of my 0.02
