Default 2 step adjustment points: Is there a "standard" rpm to use?

Trying to setup launch control, just wondering what most everyone has the gap set at between RPM cut to recover. I知 not as concerned about what excact RPM since that has more to do with each car, but more if I was to set my limiter at 5600 what range should I start my recover ...5550-5580? I知 just trying to find a good starting point

thanks anybody

The recovery RPM really just dictates how fast it bounces off the 2 step. The closer the recovery RPM to the cut RPM the faster and more aggressive it will sound. If you want it to bounce fast then set the two close together. If you want it a little slower then widen the gap. Play around with it and figure out what you like. The recovery RPM should always be lower than the cut RPM.

As far as what RPM to actually launch from you will have to tailor that to your car, available grip, etc.

Correct. I wouldn't tune it to how it "sounds" though. Have a look at the data and see what what kind of a gap (this is called hysteresis, btw) you can get away with to make the limiter as smooth as possible. If it is too small, the limiter likely will not hold very well. If it is too large, you will get big big oscillations, and those oscillations are very abusive to the engine.
