Help!! Fuel problem maybe.....
here is the problem..... went to the track yesterday to see what my hatch runs. fyi the hatch has a 94 gsr swap, and its pretty much stock. the best run i did was a 15.6 which SUCK!!!! now when i driving it i noticed there was no pick up on the lower rpm range and it would only start to p/u like around 6-7k rpm. now i just check the compression to make sure it wasnt anything like a blown head gasket or etc. compression test was
#1 215
#2 225
#3 220
#4 225
so it looks like its not the gasket or anything. when i pulled my plugs it was white. which i was running lean. i believe. could me running a 15.6 caused by just running lean or not enough fuel for the engine? it still has the stock cx fuel filter and stock cx fuel pump. could that be the case? or injectors? any help would be great. its really depressing when you have a gsr in a cx only running a 15.6. !!!

There are a few questions before I would answer. What ECU are you running? Are the injectors from the GSR as well? Are you running a fuel pressure riser? It could be that your fuel pump isn't pumping the necessary pressure since it is a CX. I would upgrade your pump. If you're running a GSR ECU it should be ok. If you are still running a bit lean, you should either get a FPR or VAFC or both. This will help with any fuel issues unless its mechanical.
ecu is the usdm gsr one.. injectors should be stock but i really dont know if they are from a gsr any way to find out? as for fpr nope running stock.

Compression test looks alright. What was your 60'. Are all the plugs the same color??? I would change out the fuel filter(pretty cheap), and get a fuel pump(walbro), and change the spark plugs. Also might want to change the rotor and cap just to make sure.
