Butterfly valves in intake
UH what motor? and why remove the butterflies they were there for a reason. if you do anything you should UPGRADE the intake. removing the butterflies dont add power. they actually help with economy driving and mid range
Define emissions stuff. O2 sensors can be helpful for saving fuel while cruising; PCV has to be should by a catch can (for a few reasons), EGR can be removed but has to be done so properly, same for evap/charcoal system.
The IAB's in b18c1/h22's are benificial overall, the only real gains from not having them is with a different manifold. To see noticable gains keping the stock mani, you must grind out the dividers in addition to removing the butterflies. That essentially makes it a wide-runner manifold with a large plenum, although a properly designed mani will wipe the floor with it.

There is very little emissions control equipment on Honda's that will increase power if removed. If it's a daily driver you need a PCV system to keep the oil clean, a breather will not work well.
