There are glare problems wit dem shizzles.

Lol sorry I'm bored. From everything thing I've heard though there are glare issues with stock lenses, and the plug n play kits are crap. A true retrofit would be the best way to go.

Since the Integra has halogen projectors, they respond pretty good to HID's. Of course they still aren't nearly as good as a real HID setup with HID projectors, but they are far better than HID's in reflector housing. Overall though, they definitely give you better light output as long as you don't get a stupid temp like 8k, 10k, 12k, etc.. 6500k should be your max if you want the most usable light output. Anything more than that is just for color and basically produces less usable light. And yes, you do need a whole "kit" including the ballasts, bulbs, and wiring harness. I have a 6500k HID kit from Xenondepot.com.

Retrofitting is taking the headlights from a car that has HIDs (ie, Acura TSX, MB E-class) and pulling out the projector assembly. Then you take that assembly and modify the Integra's headlight to accept the projector. Voila, true HID headlights that work and dont blind people.

Very well said... except if you want the most usable light output get 4300k. Anything above that starts to slightly lose light output but give it more color.
