Default Will NOT go into any grear!!!

Got no help from tranny forum.
Cannot get my GSR tranny into any gear. It does not grind as I try to put it in gear. The clutch is working and releasing. I can hear a clunk just before it would go into gear. It feels like it is hitting something and not letting it travel far enough to get into gear.
All of the bushings are good. I have checked the bitch pin. How can I tell if the linkage is bent, or if I got sold a bunk tranny????
I noticed Si and GSR linkage have diff part numbers from honda? Should I have used a Civic Si Linkage???

PLEASE help, car has been down for over a week and I need to drive it to work, I am out of vacation time!!!!

Nothing I have never drivin with it. when I bought it I ran it through gears with a screwdriver. It feels like it is going into gear but is not. There is a distinct feeling of going through neutral. Also feels like it goes into gears but is not. The clunk comes from the tranny housing by the Shaft that the linkage hooks too.

Turn car off, put it in first, start up, does it move?
Remove shift linkage, using a screwdriver, put it into a gear. Start car up, release clutch, does it move?

If you answered no to both questions, you've got a bad tranny.

Did that and it did not go into gear gonna be pulling my tranny. Of course why would someone be honest and sell a good tranny. I still think it "feels" like it goes into gear, Although it doesnt.

Thanks for the help... Any one in the NW got a good GSR/B16 tranny

dude have the tranny checked out i doubt its anything mechanical ie syncros and wat not, cause on b series trannys its all but common for the bolts that hold the shifting mechanism to come loose, so pull it and then have it checked out im almost positive that its your problem
