Default Tranny problems

Ok I have a gsr with a ctr tranny, now the story I was driving home a some how shifted down too 2nd gear going done the highway at about 75mph don't ask how I managed to do this i was really tiered and messed up. After that epic fail I pushed the clutch in really fast maybe like 2-3 secs after, but after that it is really hard to shift into all gears now when I stop it's like butter. Once I try to go the tranny jerks a lot at low tons like 1000-2000 but any higher it goes fine. What I'm trying to find out is if it would just be my clutch or both. I plan on pulling them both here in 2 weeks but was looking for a little possibility's of what it would be. Thanks for anyone's help

You have a GSR? Maybe because you posted it in Honda Civic/Del Sol forums? Anyways, did you grind the gears? Like horribly? You said you were driving 75 mph and you shifted down to 2nd gear? That must have hurt the gears since 2nd gear only goes to about 60 mph or less. I think you really messed up the gear teeth but I don't know. Good luck.

It's almost impossible to shift in to 2nd at that speed no? Sounds like you forced it. It would take some strength.

Putting your thoughts into writing coherently would help. I got a headache trying to read your first post.
When you shifted into second by mistake, did you hear or feel any grinding or did the shifter just slide into second easily? Provided the engine is still running fine and you can shift gears easily, it sounds like you may have just fried your clutch and scored the flywheel. Pull everything apart and check.
You probably just need to have the flywheel resurfaced and install a new clutch kit.

It's really that hard for you to read?

Have to go with everyone else, I'd do the clutch first; it's most likely fried. Do you hear any winding while driving?
