Default rad hose problem

Ok so i replaced my stock broken radiator in my ek with an aluminum one. I still have a stock single cam in there but i figured it wouldnt matter. The problem was that the single cam hoses were too small for the aluminum rad and i was only able to stretch fit the top one on the rad and had to buy an integra one for the bottom. I clamped everything tight but now the problem is that i'm leaking coolant from the bottom hose where it goes onto the thermostat and that hose is the integra one which is bigger. Now if i have the car idleing and heat off it starts getting hot. How do i fix this leak if i cant fit the stock bottom civic hose onto the rad and the integra one is too big n leaks from the thermostat?

u should be able to get the stock civic hoses on it. U need to get a heat gun or real good hair dryer from ur lady and go at the hose for quite a bit but it will stretch on there. its going to be like part of the radiator molded on sort of tight. lol

yea that probaly would work. A friend suggested to use gasket maker around the thermostat nossle and see if that stops the leak but im not sure how much of a good idea that is..
