An OBD1 LS ecu in a non OBD car, with a turbo B16 and stock injectors? Dude that thing shouldn't have ANY problems.

you state turbo b16, but everything engine management wise you have is all factory oem stock unless you went and changed some components other than bolting a turbo kit up.

you;ll have to go through a diagnostic on the entire vehicle. start off with electronics, checking the TPS sensor, voltages make sure they're within range

make sure the map and TPS connectors are not switched

checking pin outs on your obd o-1 conversion harness

theres a lot to do that we cant simply just tell you via forums.

Why are you using a stock p75...i.e stock obd1 LS ecu on a vtec motor? Just curious. Are you running a wideband? If so whats the A/F Ratio?

Theres your problem. For all your car knows.. the motors is still stock. so your fuel and ignition isnt compensating for the larger lift of the cams let alone it being a dif. motor and having a turbo. Get it tuned!!before you blow it up.
