An OBD1 LS ecu in a non OBD car, with a turbo B16 and stock injectors? Dude that thing shouldn't have ANY problems.

Re: turbo b16 will not idle
you state turbo b16, but everything engine management wise you have is all factory oem stock unless you went and changed some components other than bolting a turbo kit up.
you;ll have to go through a diagnostic on the entire vehicle. start off with electronics, checking the TPS sensor, voltages make sure they're within range
make sure the map and TPS connectors are not switched
checking pin outs on your obd o-1 conversion harness
theres a lot to do that we cant simply just tell you via forums.

Re: turbo b16 will not idle
update... here i had my friends snow and fast ed come over and we got the rex running. i have a vac leak at the throttle body where the map senor goes missing o ring. rechecked timeing . checked valve lash and found i had valves to tight.. the motor is a built b16 , the motor hasnt seen the road and had 0 miles on it. i have a p 75 cuz i thought my p28 with my base map had issues with the tune on it , but now i found out other wise that i might be wrong. i had a autometer af guage so ill hook that up today. i need the car to run so i can get it to the dyno for my tune . ty everyone for your imput.
