i have a 90 si the motor is blown, bottom and top end. soo im having to use parts i got cuz im broke and heres a list D16y8 bottom end, connecting rods and pistons from a different y8,
and crankshaft from another y8, and the head is a y7 non vtec.

my ?s are

1)will the y7 head work with the vtec block??

2)will the different connecting rods work with the new crank even if the rod designations are different?

I AM BROKE AND THIS IS NOT THE WAY I LIKE TO DO THINGS, IM JUST HAVING MONEY PROBLEMS LIKE EVERYBODY ELSE...SO BE EASY.

y7 head will not work with the vtec block unless you plug the oil hole for vtec which i dont reccomend. as for your other questions i dont know.
