can i accomplish this with neptune?
one major feature on the hondata s300 that i like is that it can control your boost by gear. if i use a neptune with a greddy probec b spec 2 boost controller, can i accomplish the same?
oh cool thanks. i was looking at the neptune RTP or wahtever its called and it looked ilke it was made to be used with a singe or dual stage boost controller.

i take it that i'll need to buy a boost solenoid for this feature to work? is there a way to manually switch between high and low boost settings with neptune besides for keeping a laptop hooked up in my car?
yes, you can set up a hi-low boost switch and mount it where ever you want.
the boost solenoids are just a MAC valve, which you can get from many places for well under $100.
then just add the EGR components to the ECU and setup the EBC feature in Neptune and you're set. It'll take a little messing around to figure out your duty cycles, but its very easy to use.
Neptune does per gear and RPM at the same time for all gears 1-5 independantly. So it has a lot of control over your boost levels.

easy, it took some research to figure out but it just involves cutting 2 wires at the back of the AC controls on the dash, grounding one and running the other one to the ECU.
nice. aside from weird looks by friends when you press the A/C butten and get a nice little kick that is pretty awesome... would that work for any button like say the cruise control one?
