What are you using for tuning?

Idle = 15-16 no need to run rich at idle, it's better on your pocket book to run it a bit on the lean side.
Cruising = 14.7 again same thing, no need to throw gas out your tail pipe while your cruising around.
WOT = 12-13 but that all depends on your tune & engine setup.

A dyno is where you will find out what the best AFR's are for your setup.

Yes, that is too rich at high load.

You're going to love your car after you get it tuned, lol. There will be so much more power after getting the right AFRs and locking down the ignition.

Just make sure you find a reputable tuner, and if you're doing it yourself, read lots and make a knock listening device ASAP (aka det can).

The rest can be solved with the search button and some light reading.

yeah my ouncle is the one who has been tuning honda for a long time and i have a lot of trust with him. the only problem is his work scheduale.

we are going to street tune it for now. I plan when it gets warmer mid 50 finishing it with some dyno time

I have a Field SFC contoller and hondata S200. The only reason i bought the Field SFC controller is for an accurate rpm gauge.

yup everythings quite rich

for idle, i set mine at 15s to 16s
cruising, i go for mid 14s
WOT, low to mid 13s (for NA)

just watch out for detonation, because I'm not sure where your timing is at.
get your car tuned! you'll enjoy it more, and it'll be easier on the pumps. goodluck

not to thread jack but my cars seems to breack up whenever in anything higher then 14.5, should i advance my timing to counter act the breaking up? it happens both when cruising oor at idle. its not a big stuter but when cruising you can feel a very slight loss in power when @ 14.7 or higher.
