I have saw 2 of those done and with only simple bolts ons. like cold air and exhaust 1 of them was 146 hp and the other was 143 but I have heard of more and less. This is just all I have saw.

So a b7/y8 mini me swap puts out more power than just a stock b7?

those numbers are way too high. i call BS, as long as you're talking about WHP.

you should expect like 125-130 BHP on a stock B7/Y8 mini-me. With intake and exhaust, maybe 135-140 BHP at the crank.

Yeah.

My b7/z6 with an intake and exhaust wanted 5-10% more fuel in the WOT cells than a stock z6. Assuming that's somewhat proportional to torque, that's ~135 bhp. However, OEM engines run conservatively at WOT, so it's probably a little higher than that.

A b7/y8 will make slightly more power than that due to the higher compression.

the head is just a direct bolt on just make sure you remove the oil jet out of the block its on the intake manifold side use the vtec head bolts if i remember correctly they are a little longer. as for the head the z6 or y8 head are pretty much the same. The y8 head and manifold flow a little better that why it makes like 2 more horse power lol get your self an EX/SI tranz they are worth their weight in gold. and if you got some time get your self some D16a6 pistions to bump your compression and then you will be putting down some decent numbers.
