looking at 400-450 whp on a good tune obviously...i was looking at a precision t67 its probaly too much but any ideas on best bang for you buck turbos?? lmk

 

That's fine if you're looking at pump gas. There's also the Borg-Warner S258, and slightly larger S362 or Garrett---> GT3540S, T67, Silver Surfer, or anything that is over 58 -61lbs/min

 

A t67 for 400-450? Why not something smaller like gt30r or sc32?

 

I'm assuming this was for pump gas. He would have to hit outside of that efficiency range to even get that close on an Sc32. And why go as expensive as a GT30R? Not even necessary. If it dies, HE'S gonna have to pay for a new entire cartridge, ya know?

 

yea im looking for this on pump gas at around 15-17 psi if possible it going in a 94 4dr teggy full interior and im looking for 11s i want a turbo that can give me the option of 500+ on race gas because everyone gets bored after awhile so i like the option of making more hp for little cost i think im going with the t67 only because im geting a hell of a deal the t67 custom topmount 3in dp and 44mm tial wg for 1200 so thats were im at for now

 

well, that's fine, though anything over 440whp on the street is just not fun at all for many people. There are plenty of people running 450whp taking out 500+whp cars because they had better control of the car.

For an E.T. go to the track, test your driving skill and try i tout. no other way to know if "you'll hit 11s".

 

yea i mean i want my car to be capable of 11s me is a different story lol but 440 would be plenty to have fun with only reason i want that much is its a 4dr i need to be able to lug around 5ppl and still mess around with the vettes
