The spring in the actuator for a stock 14b turbo is set at 8-10 lbs.

I do not want to run this must boost on my setup until i get bigger injectors, fmu, and boost retard per lb.

How can i back the wastegate off to like 5,6psi? Can i find a small spring or something?

My 14b only boosted 6.5-7 psi unmodified. I twisted the compressor housing a little to preload the wastegate spring down to 5psi.
