Default Only one cyln running lean please help...

hi guys, i have 94 gs-r head with usdm itr pistons 81.5mm
skunk2 pro 1's cams
skunk2 springs and retainers
I tuned my car and put down 194hp and 136tq and car was tuned on chrome program. Now after 4 months i decided to check my spark plugs and see how its burning, so i take out every single spark plug 4 and 3 looking good so far and when i take out my spark plug in no 2 clyn here its get very interesting, spark plug has no tip. Wtf color was grey white and i know for sure it was running lean, so i replace spark plug and start my car took it for drive came back take it out still burning white, i dont know if its cold or lean, i went back to my tuner he added 10% more fuel and still burning white no difference. Last i switch injectors and still same problem, then i try to retard my ignition timing no luck, so now i'm just tired of this **** finally i give up with this motor .'Note' my cyln no 2 was helicoil because i messed up spark plug thread on head, i dont know if that can cause this to run lean or plug not going all the way or its going to much down where it cant burn gas fast enough, i need some help if u cant help dont waist my time and keep u'r comments to your self and if any one willing to help i appreciate it thanks.
I always use 93 octane
I USE ngk's 7 spark plug
I do not know why only one is running lean and what is really causing it, or is it my tuner who mess up.
