Default Hello everyone new here, gotta few questions

well hello, im new the the forum and to honda's, i own an eg hatchy right now. i love the car, super slow, but i love it. lol well i had a few questions.

My gas gauge doesnt work, is that the gauge cluster? ppl have been telling me to check the fuel pump connection. but they say its under my back seat.... idk how i would go about doing that.... lol

and i was wondering if anyone has ever swapped an f22 v-tec motor into an eg...?

sometimes the needle on the cluster gets stuck. its rare but it does happen.
and you just remove the back seat and the tank is right there. there will be like a "plug" that you need to remove fo you can get into the tank.

why an f22.... idk. single cams are cheaper to replace than a b series... lol. i wanna go single cam turbo. i have a newer ( i say newer because you cant get "new" single cams. lol) jdm d15 v-tec motor w/ the jdm tranny in it right now. its super slow, but i like the long gears for turbo.

but yeah, an f22 because its way bigger and the d15 and it comes w/ a lot more horses.

Single cam turbos aren't the best of choice if you don't understand them fully .

why not go with a d16 or LS for that matter? you will spend more money converting and changing things for the f22 then you would to do a straight swap and make the same power....just my .02
