Default HELLLLPPPP!!!!!!!

i just bought a gauge cluster off of ebay and everything seems to work except for the fuel gauge, i turned it on and it flew up to FULL altho the car only had half a tank and i filled the tank up and drove for like 50 miles and the fuel gauge hasnt moved....any advice?

my advice would be to take out the cluster, open up the clear plastic piece.. carefully pull off the fuel needle, fill up your gas and put the needle back where the needle would point with a full tank.. most likely they pulled it out and just stuck it back on.. i did it with my other needles too.. be careful though, cuz they are fragile..

yea that sounds like a good idea, but when u take that plastic off the cluster, dont u have to like glue it back on? i mean i didnt see any clips on any of the sides
