does the charger spin freely?

(I dont know crap about s/c's but if its binding up that could eat belts)

I would first check if everything is tight to spec. If the tensioner pulley for the JRSC is loose, it may cause the belt to bend slightly for or aft therefore causing excessive wear on the edges. After that, i would check into the lubrication of the supercharger. Improper lubrication would increase the turning friction and eat belts faster. Those are the first things that come to mind, but i've never run an SC setup on my GSR. Good luck

It's there in the supercharger thread for the searching. You'll need to carefuly check your pulley alignment. There also a chance the tensionner pulleys are packing it in.

Also check the upper alternator mount alignment. Did you install the two shim washers that came with the kit to move the upper alternator mount? There's actually an alignment problem with the lower mount casting, but you can't change that so they included shim washers in the later kits for the upper mount. Here's a post I made on how to do it with some pics:

You can also get some custom pulleys for your kit, the ones that come with it are not designed well IMO. Here's a post with pics from a guy that had a set made:

https://honda-tech.com/forums/showpo...ostcount=10478

With a shimmed upper mount and a good set of pulleys mine was rock solid at the track and my belts lasted a while.

You will wear belts more quickly with the blower, so expect to change them more often, and every few months is not unheard of.
