Default Pulleys w/sides

So I am going to try this out on my car. I hope this helps stop the belt from getting off the pulley.

(left stock Endyne pulley) (right is a pulley with ribs like a stock pulley)

(right stock JR 3.8 pulley) (left 3.8 pulley with ribs)
I had these made by a company in Texas.

the endyne pulley cost me $110 and the JR pulley cost me $95
They will make them out of steel or aluminium and any color you want.

nice! did they keep the specs of the stuff you sent in so they can make more without having you send them a sample?

I had some made like that, they helped a lot, no more belts jumping at the track.

Ok, I'm having issues.

Just put on the LHT manifold and Stube, and now I got a freakin huge vacuum leak somewhere. all of the hoses are connected, so I'm confused. start the engine and it just revs to redline within 2 seconds all by itself.

Has anybody had any similar issues?

I guess I am going to tear it all down again.. ugh.

Funny i got an old 75mm off a stock 5.0 mustang just sitting in the garage. Wonder how much modding would need done to make it fit?

Edelbrock sells an adapter for $20.

Some port-matching and a modification to the IACV is required, but it wasn't too difficult.

Go turbo if 300whp is a must.

Your motor is too small, your compression too low, and you don't have an intercooled blower for 300whp. 250whp would be possible with an intercooled blower and your motor.

Try browsing through all the pages (I know it might be a b*tch but we all did it). Or check out http://www.ftlracing.com
In a nut shell:
If you up your compression, get the biggest throttle body you can, sleeve the block to a 84-85mm and change the crank, you'll turn the engine to a 2.2L. Port the head use the GSR intake cam and the ITR exhaust cam and with the LHT intercooler and ported blower runing 9-10psi, with lots of hours of good tuning you can then get 300whp.

You know...I had a vacuum leak when I put on the S-tube because I did not bolt it to the superchager well enough...also...check around the TB where it bolts to the S-tube.

Thanks for the advice..

Is it ok to ditch the paper gaskets? my plan is to get some rtv sealant and take everything apart again, (ugh), and then seal it all up with sealant instead of the paper gaskets.

It's been a while since I sold my supercharged GSR.

I wonder if anyone knows whether the TVS supercharger is available for the B series or not.

And what about that rotrex supercharger? any news?

TVS blowers are not available for Honda's and from what I'm hearing it's going to be awhile if ever. If you want a TVS you are going to have to find one off a wrecked car and fab a custom kit

The rotrex isn't a great option unless they come out with the 2 gear setup so that it is always making significant boost. They talked about it a couple years back, but I haven't seen anything since.

Has anyone here called Moss performance before? I'm curious as to your opinion of the tech support. I just called and they were helpful, but the guy was a bit of an ***. Challenging me on questions (not answers) I asked and requiring me to repeat or reiterate several times. Listening was a real problem. Is this common?

Heck he even gave me **** for running 750cc injectors? Hmmm, might be because I'm making 300whp and both 450 & 550 cc injectors were maxing out.

Compared to the multiple positive conversations I've had with Larry at Endyn and John at LHT over the years it was a painful experience.

Anyway just wondering what other people have found.

Thanks.
