Default 91 Integra Having some problems please help!

I was driving then all of sudden it shut down on me on the road while i was driving. first i thought it was the distributor but it wasn't. My friend said that my timing was loose and that my cam gears were going different directions. they said some how the timing belt jump a couple teeth and causing it to shut down on me. SO when they open the valve cover they said that my valve are also mess up. my other friend said that it doesn't really matter if the valve is mess up it should be able to start up and hear that noise. so we change the head to a 95 ls head and re-do all the timing and the cam gears it still doesn't start but it will crank. Then we went and check on the distributor and took it off from the motor and the thing that spin on the distributor was so hard that you have to put pressure on it in order to spin. so they think that i had a bad distributor and it made causes everything to happen like this. so everyone said that i should just do a swap on the car and it should run. so i went got a 95 ls motor and put it on the side. So we took off the distributor from that motor and it's obd1 so we convert everything to the obdo pugs and put it on the orginal motor and it start up then it cuts off right alway. well help me out please.

i did the same thing to my boys 90rs, swapped a b18b out of a 94 ls, used the org. obdo harness but had to reuse the obdo dizzy with the obdo injectors, 1 is peak-n-hold and the others are saturated, make sure you are using ur obdo injectors
