Default b16 swap into ek suffered problems

I put a b16 swap into my 96 ex, converted to obd1 with a rywure junx and a chipped p28. Well regardless the car will not start. I Was hearing a buzzing noise from thepassenger side of the dash behind the glovebox. I removed the glove box to find out its the main realy buzzing. Which was a suprise in its self because i thought it was still under the driver side like on dcs and egs. But now NOTHING is getting power. Ive check the grounds, therm, trans to frame rail, alternator, starter and the vc to rad support. I need this thing running like tonight. I changed the complete under dash fusebox out also and then tried the stock ecu without the conversion harness. Well any ideas? The fuses are all straight i just am so ****ing confused at this point. Before the engine would crank but not start, spark plug wires were getting spark and the fuel line was off the rail and no fuel but now NOTHING. Thanks in advance. Im sure this is something stupid.

are you getting any power at all? ie.headlights interior light etc.

if all your grounds are good then i would check the master 100a fuse in the engine bay fuse box.

Honestly, if you checked all your grounds then you should try a different ECU, you never know except this definitely sounds like a ground problem...

Heres your problem the p28 doesn't recognize all the sensors on your motor that it needs to operate you need it to get it tuned what harness did you go with a what year motor and what year car a p28 is for a 90 integra and it has to be wired correctly to work i had one in my ls vtec never had a problem but thats because i was using an ls block you may have to swap some sensors or may not have done the harness right give me your specs i have done a good bit of swaps anything aftermarket added did you have to relocate the battery? AND WHY DID YOU GO OBD1 WHEN YOUR ENGINE IS ALREADY OBD2 I DID IT FOR THE FUNCTION AND MANAGEABILITY OF THE P28 ONLY COMPUTER I LIKE TO USE WHAT YEAR IS YOUR MOTOR

Could also be a bad ground in the harness but i had a main relay go out and it did that you need to change the main relay then go from there first cars doesn't start with out it and my b20 crx would be hard to crank then crank when it wants and then finally would do anything coulddn't figure it out changed it and it was all good happened it two of my crxs they are just crappy relays
