What do you do to cause the 80A fuse to blow?
What are you jumping to crank and start the engine and not blow the 80A fuse?
What color is the spark? Orange or bright white?
Do you measure battery voltage at the fuel injector connectors?
Have you checked the mechanical timing?

the 80 amp battery fuse blows instanly when you bolt it in and by jumpin it i ment i have a jumper wire replaceing that fuse. the injector voltage is good. the timming was good till i pulled the dizzy out but nothin moved when i put the new one in. my friend is commin over now to help me check the timming

the fuse pops as soon as you hook up the battery so yeah when the key is of it pops and as far as the starter and alt wires i dont think they run far enough to cross them. i dont wanna fry my wiring but what would cause that to pop only the starter right?

I've never been able to blow that 80amp fuse, not even the 40amps. You certainly did something while swapping your motors. double check and triple check your wiring and plugs.
do you have stereo wiring to the battery?
I know it sounds stupid, but i hope you're not crossing your power to your battery ground, vice-versa.

Pull out the under-hood fuse box and inspect it carefully. If it looks fine, you can pinpoint the short using a multimeter by checking for continuity to ground where it should not exist.

inspect your starter wires.
and i know it sounds very dumb..but check to see if the battery is hooked up wrong.
"IF" you had the 80 amp fuse hooked up...what happens when you connect the battery? sparks?

Starter wires: I don't think so because the starter motor is connected directly to the battery and the starter solenoid is protected by a downsteam fuse (#42). Fuse #41 is the 80A fuse.

Re: ek obd1 b16a swap problems please help!!!
I hate to jump in the middle of this but I did a b16 swap in my 94 eg coupe everything went smoothly until I went to drive it. I'm getting noise from what sounds like the passenger side axle, I jacked the front end of the car up and spun the wheels at about 10-15 mph turning the wheels lock to lock and I didn't get any noise, I removed the axles disassembled them and everything looks fine. The axles I used are the ones that came with the motor and trans, could they possibly be the wrong a axles? I also have a 94 del sol with a b16 and just by looking at the axles they appear to be the same ones. Any ideas
