Default Help!!!

Please help i can't figure out why my car isn't running right.
SYMPTOMS:
rough high idle
as soon i hit the throttle it bogs out, it shuts down if i hold it open it's like it is choking out
check engine light.
help please

Jump the service connector and try to read the trouble code. Then post the code.

Also tell us your year, trim level (DX, LX, EX), # of cylinders, etc.

Recover and Publish your DTC.

Sounds like a possible issue with a vacuum leak, possibly involving the MAP sensor (Manifold Absolute Pressure).
The vacuum leak could be responcible for the high idle.

Could you PLEASE take a moment and devulge what year and sub model this Accord is?

x2 Check Engine Light will give you a really good start..... retrieve the code and someone ^^ P_Adams or someone else will be able to help you rather than guess at the cause of your problem.

my car is a 95 ex coupe with an h22 swap i just finished the swap and i am stuck

check your vac hose diagram in the manual and since you just installed this engine make sure all the hoses are hooked up and in the right place and be sure the hoses are good (not cracked pinched hard or spongy) and then you will definately need the codes
