Heyy everybody im new to this forum and to the teggy world. ive just recently bought a 97 teggy ls auto yesss its auto idc at all gets me from point a to be and its relibable. but what i want to know is what you guys think i should do rebuild what i have or get another motor?if i get another motor i want to likeeeeee semi build it i just want it for my daily driver no crazzzzzzy mods i dont want it turbocharged i jus want a decently built ls. so let me know what you guys think i should do just rebuild wat i have or get another one from hm motors or somthin please let me know and thanks guys

 

It's an automatic. Might as well leave it alone.

 

if u want to do a swap i hope ur lookin to go to manual if not then its pointless to do anything

 

convert it to a manual and do a type-r swap

 

doesnt matter to me stick or auto i just want somthin reliable i have another build comming up summer time this is just my daily driver and i just want a reliable build for it

 

i really like the ls and i just want to build it any pointers or not?

Like everybody else said, it is an auto, I wouldn't even bother modding it (engine wise) like you said, you have a build coming up in the summer, just save up the cash for that. IMO, if it was my DD, I'd just dump it on some nice wheels and throw on a Si-VTEC lip and call it good.

 

yea iom gunna end up changing it to stick im just gunna build this my other build can wait i think i should just go with a k20 swap ha thats wat people say i should do anyone know how much a complete install is? thaanks and if u have aim mine is YvesAjr im really interested
