Default C5 Cylinder wall tolerances???

I am now in the process of starting to write up a list of parts that i want to be using on my new build up on the motor (complete rebuild) and I am wondering how much i can bore out my cylinders with the stock sleeves safely. I will be daily driving it and my plans are to have a motor that is boosted (nothing crazy) just 350 horses. I wont be beating on it off of every red light or stop sign. So its not something that I want to build up super hardcore I just want to be able to put that power down every now and then. However reliability for me is key in this build at the same time I am also thinking about future plans after I am sick of the new set up. You guys think I should keep it 1.8 and just over size it the next set up to 81.5mm with new pistons, rods, crank, bearings for the bottom end or do I need a block guard, sleeving, gurdle???

also can anyone give me more information on different types of pistons that are available ie. n/a pistons vs. turbo pistons vs. turbo/nitrous ones????
