Default blitz 3mm headgasket on b16

Around what compression will the blitz 3mm headgasket lower my B16 to? Whats safe boost for a stock B16 with stock headgasket with a Zdyne gold SECU., FM Int., & BO valve? Will 12-14lbs of boost be good with the blitz 3mm headgasket and my Zdyne gold SECU., FM Int., & BO valve? What can the bottom end of a B16 take? Like the ZC can take around 200-220....whats the B16's limit? Is that crank, or wheel HP?

It's been said that a stock B16 crankshaft (PR3) can handle up too 400hp at the crankshaft. Non forged piston/connecting rods will not handle more than 300hp at the crankshaft. Just hear say, and it all depends on the individual, drivetrain, and driving habits. Driving habits being the most crucial. Example, there is no such thing as a bullet proof build-up.

My main concern is how much boost can the B16 take safely with the Blitz 3mm headgasket? And, how much boost is nearing the limit? I have the 15g turbo from the d-series greddy kit and I am going to bolt it to my B16. If my motor can take for ex. 15-18 pounds with the 3mm gasket, then I would probably get a 2mm gasket because my turbo isnt effiecient in that high boost. I need the most power possible out of 12-14 pounds of boost....so I need to match my compression ratio to that. I dont wanna have super low CR when Im not even boosting as much as it can take....that would just be losing power. ???????
