quick question about b-series swap...

Default quick question about b-series swap...

im doing a b18b from a 99 integra into my ek i have the ex model and thought it was all plug and play with the engine. i read the FAQ's and it said you have to perform the crank fluctuation sensor trick?? i thought it was all plug and play can anyone confirm this? any help is appreciatted

well your integra motor is non vtec and your civic is vtec so your probably gonna have some wiring issues. you need to find out what sensors your civic has and what sensors the motor has and see what needs to be changed. they will probably be a little different

from what im reading on the FAQ's the sensors are all the same for obd2a ex harness and the engine i just have to extend the 02 sensor wire and maybe the ckf trick. obv i wont have vtec but ill just leave that plug out. thanks for input
